"Future Heirlooms Turkey", conceived and led by the American Hardwood Export Council in collaboration with The Circle and Yonga Mobilya, showcases the intrinsic value of design, materials, and craftsmanship in furniture production. These meticulously crafted pieces hold the potential to become cherished family heirlooms passed down through generations.
The project aims to support Turkey’s emerging designers and highlight the low environmental impact of good design in American hardwoods, creating enduring heirlooms in contrast to disposable furniture. These unique pieces, made by Yonga Mobilya in Denizli from American cherry, hard maple, and red oak, are versatile for indoor use in both domestic and public spaces.
