Strategic Biofuels Selects Valmet for Louisiana Green Fuels Project

Strategic Biofuels, a developer of carbon-negative renewable energy projects, has selected process technology supplier Valmet to provide biomass power generation and flue gas cleaning technologies for its Louisiana Green Fuels project in Caldwell Parish, Louisiana. The planned facility will use forestry residuals to generate electricity, with carbon capture and permanent underground storage designed to deliver carbon-negative power.
