Jon Barrett, purchasing & merchandising manager at Ward Lumber, presented the 2021 Vendor of the Year award to Steve Guertin from Coastal Forest Products. Coastal supplies Ward Lumber with various building products, including engineered wood products for new home construction and remodeling.
“The Coastal sales and engineered team always provide exemplary customer service,” Ward Lumber announced, adding that “Coastal provides thorough communication and timely responses to quotations on floor systems and roof packages. Coastal is considered to be a partner in our success at Ward Lumber.”
“The Coastal engineered staff is our main supplier of floor systems, and they get things back to us timely,” said Jaimie Garcia, pro sales assistant. “It doesn’t matter what department we are dealing with, Coastal always jumps through hoops to get us material to get the job done in the crazy engineered wood market,” said RJ Tromblee, pro sales. “I feel like they are partners with us.”
